Fancy spending a night away from your parents, dancing with 300 other teenagers to the latest music played by a professional DJ? Well you can. The event is fully staffed by youth workers from The Bay Project, Kent Youth Service and local churches, as well as Canterbury City Council and the Public Safety Unit, as is run with the full support of Kent Police, so you can be sure of a great and safe night out.
Teen Fusion takes place on the first Friday of every month at Talk Of The Town nightclub on the seafront. It provides a chance for young people aged 13-17 to have a night out of the house, having fun and dancing in a safe environment, staffed by youth workers, volunteers and staff from the club itself. Doors open at 6.15pm, and the event finishes at 10pm. Entry is only £4. Bags will be searched on entry, and the event does not allow alcohol, cigarettes or drugs.
